Wellbeing belongs to all
Within our Wellbeing at Work ThinkTank session with professionals across industries, there was consensus that to bring #wellbeing to the top of the corporate agenda, it can’t be the sole responsibility of one function. Although there are certain functions that are instrumental in supporting wellbeing i.e. HR, internal communications, the whole workforce needs to be involved and have a say. In addition, change and progress needs to be driven and supported by leaders, line managers and champions.
